Copal Partners was ranked the #1 KPO for Investment Research and Analytics in the Black Book of Outsourcing 2008, an annual study conducted by the Brown and Wilson Group, covering over 100 KPOs.

The study assessed areas such as leadership excellence, senior management direction, business transformation practices and client relationship management. Rankings were derived based on client experience, feedback and customer satisfaction surveys.
