Research and Analytics

Our Research and Analytics teams are the foundation and nucleus of Copal Partners activities. Our research teams comprise three main levels of seniority: Vice Presidents, Associates, and Analysts. We have research teams in Gurgaon, Delhi, Beijing, and Buenos Aires.

Business Development & Management

Copal Partners is continually expanding and therefore constantly looking for new opportunities. We currently operate commercial offices in London, New York, Dubai, and Hong Kong. Our business development teams have previous experience in the financial sector and focus their energies on generating opportunities and ensuring client satisfaction.

Finance

Our finance team is based in Gurgaon and is responsible for overseeing the financial operations of our entire global operation.

Human Resources

Our human resource team is based in Gurgaon, India and follows best practice recruitment policies to ensure that Copal Partners continues to attract the best possible candidates. Our HR team is highly skilled in identifying the unique and talented individuals Copal Partners requires, and reviews CVs and applications, conducts campus recruiting, and interviews candidates. The team is also very active in employee retention activities through the company’s Employee Engagement Program. It also provides administrative support and manages employee information.

Information Technology

Our IT team is located in Gurgaon, India. It ensures that Copal Partners operates with world class IT infrastructure and security systems. Team members are also responsible for delivering Copal Partners products through client-approved media including email, secure FTP, dedicated networks or EthosData, Copal’s proprietary virtual deal room platform.

Our adherence to the strictest compliance and security procedures are at the heart of Copal Partners processes. As we work with leading financial institutions operating under different legal and regulatory environments our Compliance team is always searching for the brightest compliance and security personnel.
