Within two weeks of the client signing-off on the contract, we had established a dedicated team of 20 financial professionals providing substantial client support based on strict adherence to the client’s valuation and modeling methods, and its house presentation standards.
Service Offerings - The client rolled out Copal’s service with two M&A execution teams in New York and London. Initial service offerings included:

Results – Copal’s dedicated team has enabled improved utilization of the client’s junior bankers, allowing them to move up the value chain and focus on generating new ideas, better client management and interaction. Gathering and deliverable presentations of data was delegated to Copal Partners’ research team, improving consistency in analysis and reducing attrition among the client’s junior bankers, improving their job satisfaction and increasing their analytical value to the bank. Further, the client was able to reduce its overall investment in junior banking personnel significantly while at the same time increase flexibility to increase or reduce junior staff on short notice and at low cost.
