Our interns leverage their educational background in leading universities and work with our teams in a dynamic, challenging environment where creativity, teamwork, and technical skills are developed and strengthened.

Internships are available periodically throughout the year at all Copal locations. Our interns are graduate or post graduate students with excellent academic records. At some locations undergraduate internships are also available.

Copal internships provide students with an ideal opportunity to acquire experience in preparation for later careers in investment banking, hedge fund management, equity / credit research and strategic consulting. Our current interns have been recruited from renowned academic institutions including: Cambridge, Oxford, Columbia, Harvard, Brown, Stanford, Dartmouth, MIT, NYU, INSEAD, Stockholm School of Economics, LSE, IIT and IIM. Many of our interns have leveraged their experience at Copal to join market-leaders including Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan, Morgan Stanley, Credit Suisse and UBS
