We create research reports that evaluate and pinpoint organizations responsibly managed and with clear objectives. The purpose of these reports is to help potential donors identify organizations that will use their monetary aid effectively to make a significant social impact.

Furthermore, our work helps charitable groups understand and sustain their organizational strengths and improve on their weaknesses. In addition to reviewing specific NGOs, Copal also evaluates charitable opportunities within the public sector as a whole. The following represent examples of organizations which Copal has helped by identifying the charity as a well-managed cause, diagnosing any weaknesses and helping each capitalize on its strengths:

American India Foundation (AIF) works to provide funds to Indian NGOs that focus on improving elementary education, identifying livelihood options, empowering females, and improving public health with a special emphasis on HIV/AIDS
Child in Need Institute (CINI) strives to develop support for and to educate malnourished children in India. CINI works at grassroots level with local community groups and government bodies to secure sustainable improvements in nutrition, health, education and protection.
Childlink India Foundation (Magic Bus) is an NGO that works with at-risk young people living in the slums of Mumbai. The organization uses recreational sports and outdoor activities to build self-confidence in youth and teach life skills to the city’s marginalized children.
Child Rights and You (CRY) encourages collective action to improve the condition of children in India. CRY partners with grassroots NGOs to ensure that basic rights are ensured for all underprivileged children in India and acts as the conduit between those wishing to donate and those organizations focused on children’s rights.
HelpAge India is a leading non-profit organization working to improve the quality of life of elderly people in India lacking financial security and access to medical care. HelpAge advocates local and national awareness of key issues affecting the rights of India’s aged population.
