Associate Core Activities include: Managing small teams and conducting research studies for leading investment banks, consulting companies, and hedge funds. Developing and communicating creative methods to conduct research studies. Developing expertise in research process: information synthesis and analysis. Providing coaching to other research team members. Communicating findings to Vice Presidents and other team members.
	Academic Background/Work experience Good academic background and association with premier institutions in India and abroad. Prior work experience in investment banking, equity research, credit research, consulting or a closely related line of business is an advantage.
	Skills/qualities required Excellent academic results from leading schools in India and abroad. Strong problem-solving/analytical skills. Proficient in written and verbal English. Highly motivated, ambitious, and able and willing to put in long hours. Ability to lead small teams and handle small projects independently.
