Copal professionals are allocated to their respective clients on the basis of their fit, interest and relevant experience. Given the nature and quality of the work undertaken in Copal, the majority of our employees are MBAs from top institutions, with over 1/3 either CAs or CFAs. More than half of our employees join the organization with significant prior experience in Accounting, Finance and Investment Banking or Industry and Strategic/Technology Consulting.
